Momentum equips young men to thrive in a fast-changing world.

A program like Momentum isn’t just important—it's essential. Young men today are facing challenges like never before, and the need for real, lasting change has never been more urgent.

Who is Momentum for?

Young men who feel stuck

Momentum is for young men who feel stuck—those who want to move forward but can’t find the motivation, discipline, or tools to do so. It’s for those caught in cycles of bad habits, social isolation, indecision, etc., knowing they need to change but unsure how to achieve it.

Families who’ve tried to help

It’s also for families who’ve tried to help but feel frustrated or helpless after seeing little progress. Momentum provides a way forward, helping parents stay involved while teaching their son to build independence rather than rely on them.

Those seeking real progress

Momentum is for those who’ve tried short-term fixes like retreats, coaching, or therapy but found them too impersonal or temporary. It’s for young men who want real-world progress in their health, career, and relationships, not just fleeting inspiration.
Finally, it's for anyone who believes in the power of mentorship, community, and real-world application to create lasting change.

Why Momentum works where others fail

Momentum is built on a foundation of cutting-edge behavioral science and the wisdom of successful men who have overcome their own struggles—brought together in a structured experience designed to produce 6 years worth of growth and transformation in 6 months. Here’s what sets Momentum apart:
1. Exceptional, Well Paid Mentors

Momentum is powered by exceptional mentors with proven success in building their careers, communities, and values. They’re entrepreneurs, engineers, tradesmen, doctors, and more. They’re husbands, fathers, and friends. And they’re paid well, ensuring that your son is mentored by someone who is highly motivated to see them succeed. Every mentor undergoes rigorous training to effectively deliver our unique curriculum while infusing their own wisdom and personality. The result is a mentorship experience that is both personalized and impactful.

2. In-Person, High Frequency, & Long Duration

Momentum isn’t just a one-hour-per-week solution or a short-term retreat—it’s a 6-9 month, high-frequency, immersive experience. With near daily face-to-face interactions, mentees are constantly supported, challenged, and held accountable. This sustained engagement is key to forming life-changing habits and breaking through long-standing barriers.

3. Group Focused for Better Outcomes

Momentum uses the power of peer groups to build accountability and camaraderie, creating the conditions for real and lasting change. Whether it’s group workouts, meal prep, reflective discussions, interview prep, or any other program activity, the group dynamic allows otherwise socially isolated young men to become friends that support, encourage, and motivate one another. Together, they push beyond their limits and grow in ways they couldn’t alone.

4. Localized for Lasting Change

Momentum operates in the mentee’s local environment, ensuring they face the same triggers and challenges that have held them back on a daily basis. By staying at home and practicing skills in their real-world context, mentees build habits that last far beyond the program. This approach also allows parents to stay involved, reinforcing boundaries and providing aligned support. Instead of temporary motivation that fades after returning from off-site programs, Momentum creates permanent change where it’s needed most.

5. An Expert-Led, Comprehensive & Personalized Curriculum

Momentum’s curriculum is built with input from experts in behavioral science, psychology, habit formation, career development, and fitness—ensuring it’s grounded in proven methods for creating real, lasting change. But we know that no two mentees are the same. That’s why our curriculum is structured yet adaptable, allowing mentors to personalize their coaching based on each mentee’s strengths, struggles, and goals. The singular goal of our program is to enable your son to become independent and thrive in all aspects of life.

6. A Clear Focus on Skills and Career mentors?

Momentum emphasizes practical skills and career readiness, helping mentees identify their strengths, passions, and professional interests while learning how to network, prepare for interviews, and create long-term career plans. These tools ensure mentees can sustain themselves financially and thrive in all aspects of life—not just emotionally, but in building a stable and independent future.

7. Mission That Matters

At Momentum, we’re driven by purpose, not profit. Our program was born from a deep desire to address one of the most critical challenges of our time: helping young men find direction and thrive in an increasingly complex world. Nearly every mentor on our team has personally experienced the heartbreak of seeing a friend or family member lose their way, and that personal connection fuels our commitment to making a difference.

We understand that this moment in history demands action. With rising political polarization, a widening wealth gap, and shifting societal values, there’s an urgent need to cultivate responsible, values-driven men who can lead and inspire the next generation. Momentum isn’t just about helping young men—it’s about building a stronger, healthier society. Every decision we make, from how we design the curriculum to how we recruit mentors, is guided by the impact we want to create in the world.
